- 3-Day Rush Service - 35% upcharge. Shipment will
be made 3 days from receipt of approved art as items
are
available. Prepayment required unless approved by the credit department.

- Camera-ready art defines as clean, sharp black and white art. If art needs
additional work, there will be a basic art charge of $15.00
- When sending art on a disk, please send PC compatible
floppy or CD.
- Under-minimum charge: $30.00
Ink change charge: $15.00 - Spec samples: $30 screen
charge. Allow normal lead time. If an order results, there will be no additional art or screen charges if no changes are made.
- Cancellation charges: All costs before order cancellation will be invoiced.
- Re-orders: No screen charge
for re-orders within three years of original invoice date.
- Shipping: F.O.B. Minneapolis, MN. Generally UPS GroundTrac.
Please authorize air service for shipments that must meet an axact date.
- Returns: All claims must be made within
30 days of the invoice date. Authorization by us must be made before merchandise is returned.
